The Farmer

Corneyside Farm is situated in Matfen, Northumberland. The farm has a policy of hand rearing animals to the highest standard. The animals have the freedom to roam in fields strewn with clover and wild flowers and are only fed top feed in the harsh winter months.

Ian Scott prides himself on the animals he rears and has over 20 years experience in rearing animals to an exceptionally high standard. The animals are all hand reared and grass fed and the emphasis is on nature doing its job to produce the best. The enthusiasm and care he has in rearing animals is evident to see in the quality of the produce we receive from the farm.

The meat we receive from the farm is selected according to our needs and is then hung in our purpose built hanging room for a minimum of 21 days before it is butchered on site.
