Through out her catering career Liz has been involved in a number of exciting openings.
In the late nineties she opened an innovative American burger restaurant in Covent Garden that was a fore runner for a lot of the organic & ethical burger retailers currently found on the high street.
Liz was later part of the high profile opening of the new Ondaatje Wing at the National Portrait Gallery & spent seven incredible years there enjoying the restaurant's stunning roof top views & leading a strong team producing wonderful & well sourced British food & delivering excellent customer service levels within the restaurant, event & café business.
Her last project was leading the brigade at the 96 metre 'Champagne Bar' that opened to great acclaim at the celebrated newly refurbished St Pancras International, in November 2008.
Before moving into catering full time Liz enjoyed eleven years as a professional actress.
