BOOKINGS
The total price of the goods or services inclusive of taxes will be made clear to the customer before confirmation of the transaction.
All specified payments must be successfully completed before a booking is considered complete and confirmed.
All credit card and/or payment information is handled by a 3rd party PCI-DSS approved payment gateway provider who are under obligation to keep it secure.
We do not handle or store any of your credit card information on our systems at any point.
Through the Rotunda Bar and Restaurant website, customers are able to purchase tickets for future events. Rotunda Bar and Restaurant are within their rights to cancel or re-schedule any event at any point.
Promotional offers that incentivise customers to book multiple events will not be honoured if the customer then cancels subsequent events.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All customers have the right to cancel their purchase if they wish. If the customer provides Rotunda with the sufficient advance notice of 7 working days prior to the event, the customer will be entitled to a full refund – after deducting the administration fee of 10% of the full ticket price.
If the customer does not provide Rotunda with sufficient advance notice, they will not be entitled to any refund unless Rotunda can re-sell the ticket.
In this scenario Rotunda will attempt to re-sell your tickets. Tickets thus put up for re-sale will only be sold after Rotunda’s initial allocation of tickets has been sold, and will be re-sold in the order in which they were cancelled.
If Rotunda successfully re-sells the customer’s tickets, they will notify the customer by email and give them a refund – subject to the 10% administration fee as above – for each ticket sold.
The customer will be reminded when booking and in subsequent confirmation emails how many days notice are required for that event in order to be entitled to a refund if you cancel.
